Job Responsibilities : - Processing, analysing, and modelling data from various sources for projects focusing on marketing and digital performance - Building data sets and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI that can be used by business stakeholders to track business KPIs and derive actionable insights to optimize future strategies. - Applying analytics on structured and unstructured CRM data, digital touchpoint data and 3rd party data sets to support strategic decisions, creative development and customer value - Contributing to technical improvements of existing solutions, as well as to the development of new analytical product offerings Desired skills and Experience : - 3+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting - Hands-on exposure to Python/R programming. - Exposure to digital media, Google analytics and/ or CRM data sets. - Proven experience in working with large datasets from multiple sources (GCP, SFMC etc.). Experience in writing and tuning SQL queries to pull and augment data from data warehouses. - Experience with ETL tools such as Knime/ Alteryx - Hands-on experience with Tableau/ PowerBI - Excellent data visualization, communication and presentation skills - Experience with segmentation, prediction models is a plus - Self-driven being able to work independently and take the project to completion with minimum supervision
