Job Title: Finance Officer/Accounts Officer
Reporting to: Finance Manager
Location: Muscat, Oman
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a B.Com / M.Com + CA inter or CWA Inter
- Job experience has to be in between 4 to 6 years only post CA or CWA inter
- Solid experience into Statutory Audit, Budgeting, Financial Analysis, ERP(JD Edward or SAP or Oracle), Finalization of books of accounts, MIS reporting to CFO or Higher management.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in Hospitality, Manufacturing or Service industry.
- Age has to be up to 33 years

Key Accountablities:
- Assistance in Budgeting, forecasting and closely track actual expenses for variance analysis and control
- Handling complete accounting of site operations preferably in ERP environment
- Ensuring timely closure and finalization of books of accounts.
- Preparation of financial statements and consolidations within tight deadlines
- Preparation of Schedules, MIS reports and Presentations for senior management.
- Review, analysis and approval of various vouchers and journals with batch posting in ERP
- Managing divisional budgets, forecast and actual accounting
- Communication & Interaction with various functional departments
- Good Team Player
- Preparation of multiple reports as required by management from time to time
- Interactions with Auditors wherever necessary
Job-Specific Skills:
- Advance level of proficiency in MS Office. Tech savyperson would be added advantage
- Experience in review of consolidation and financial statements
- Exposure and working knowledge of ERP. Experience in JD Edwards would be an advantage.
- Ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts to prepare and present concise oral and written reports.
- Excellent analytical skills and good presentation skills
- Good communication skills in English and work independently
- Ability to complete tasks within tight deadlines
- Willingness to Travel if required
