Manager Office - Global Functions (Administrative/Generalist )
Client: Leading Indian IT Company.
Job Description :
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Basic IT duties including simple network and data management
- Basic accounting and record keeping (SAP/JIRA/Confluence/)
- Liason with Global Teams(Gurgaon, Atlanta, Frankfurt, Singapore)
- Manage all administrative function for the office (Reception Desk, Housekeeping, Pantry, Stationary, Travel desk, and Asset Management)
- Acts as liaison for our local service partners (accounting, tax, etc.)
- Manage local (sub-)processes for Global Functions not present in the region (e.g. Ensure timely payments to vendors, Invoicing, follow processes and procedures re: compliance in accordance with global policies) and maintaining close contact with the sub-region teams in Recruiting, Finance, IT
- Plan and handle budget for general administration
- Assist in Audit ensuring all records are maintained according to company policies
- Assist in event management during customer/media visits and critical internal meeting
Requirement Specifications :
- IT and database skills a plus
- Works independently and has ability to multi-task
- 3-6 years working experience in a similar role
- A diploma or bachelors degree in accounting, finance, HR, administration or a related subject
- Be organised and meticulous, and with good work ethic.
- Business proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Comfortable with Googles G-Suite / Microsoft Office, and have some experience with SAP
- Customer service orientation
