Detailed Job Description:

We are looking for an Offers Superintendent for the APAC region to be a part of the global team by effectively delivering work allocation and overall service performance to meet the required service levels to global stakeholders.

This role's primary accountabilities are to:

- Working collaboratively with onshore Recruitment & HR Operations Leaders, offshore vendor partners and senior stakeholders across the globe Establishing developing and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders and recruitment and talent team to ensure clarity of strategy and the translation of this into an effective recruitment strategy

- Managing day-to-day planning, implementation and problem-solving to ensure the team achieves their daily goals in service delivery of supporting onsite customers in the Offers & Logistics space

- Contributing to immediate day-to-day issues containment and to their long term resolution in coordination with the offshore team in alignment with the People Services operating model by being the one point of escalation for operational queries

- Effectively and proactively managing a diverse team focussing on developing high-performance culture and achieving business objectives and attaining excellence in service outcomes

- Acting as mentor and supervisor to direct reports and ensuring all performance management activities take place, with direct input from customers. Managing individual and team accountabilities by providing timely and constructive performance feedback

- Implementing strong governance mechanisms to manage daily operations and ensuring overall hygiene is maintained in all service portfolios

- As part of continuous governance, conducting workload audits to ensure optimum service delivery, client management and utilization of resources in an effective and efficient manner

- Maintaining vendors to optimize service delivery outcomes by controlling costs, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes as per the agreed contractual agreement

- As an extension of vendor management, processing invoices which fall in scope basis the commercial service catalog using SAP

- Leading the team to attain service excellence in line with the KPI metrics as mentioned below :

- Authentication of candidate's data, business /cost center related data across various recruitment and ticketing tools like Cornerstone on Demand, Recruitment Automation Tool, RTTMS, SAP, etc to ensure complete and accurate information leading to preparing of employment contracts for all New Hires, Contractor Conversions and Employee movements

- Administering the vendor's portal for collection of critical candidate information including ID, medical availability as required and flagging any delays proactively with the onshore stakeholders and taking necessary steps to mitigate the delays

- End to end ownership for managing candidate's relocation in alignment with RT policies across regions

- Proactively and effectively manage candidate as well as Hiring Leader Survey (a critical component of the Service Delivery Model)

- Addressing candidates and Hiring leader's queries regarding Checks, Contracts, Rem recommendation, relocation & onboarding.

- Effectively managing candidate information and storing all the relevant documents in a secure and organized manner and assist in the archiving process

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:

- A master's degree in any discipline

- 8+ years of work experience in Human Resource Operations/Offers/Recruitment background

- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- The flexibility of working in shifts (anytime between 7 AM - 11 PM)
