Off-Shore Business Development - USA
Objectives :
- Represent as Offshore Business Development Team member in all interactions with Client in designated location
- Foster customer satisfaction
- Lead Mid market inside sales campaigns
- Increase Clients knowledge of its customers to enable Client to improve its offerings and relationship
- Ensure use and maintenance of appropriate systems to capture customer data in a timely and accurate manner
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for sales calling in the designated Market
- Implements Clients Sales Model in the telesales area for opportunity management
- Defines, executes, analyzes and reports daily operation
- Serves as communication channel between Sales Head and Client
- Participates in periodic meetings and conference calls with Client to follow up business and define action plans
- Presents results to his superiors, including business analysis of highlights and lowlights and action plan to exceed goals
- Responsible for build a strong network / relationship with clients.
- Should have skills to aid in proposals, documentation.
- Follow ups with prospects on regular basis.
- Able to follow sales life-cycle and open up new leads on regular basis.

- Pipeline size, aging and quality
- Midmarket customer reach
- IT Sales ERP Knowledge
- Customer Satisfaction
Required Skill Set :
- 5 8 years sales experience preferably in IT and/or Telesales
- Local language fluency
- Fluent oral and written English
- Familiarity with issues & challenges related to Medium Businesses.
- Organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Experience and understanding of the IT industry preferred
- Willing to work in flexible shifts
