OfBusiness - Senior Manager - Corporate Compliances & Investor Relationship

Roles & Responsibilities:

1, Responsible for finalizing the transfer pricing policy for Candor Foods Private Limited vis a vis Partner / Shareholders Companies.

2, Ensuring proper documentation is maintained in support of the Transfer Pricing Policy finalized in Candor Foods Private Limited

3, Working on Shareholders Review Templates and Ensuring Monthly Review Data needed for review with Shareholders is available. This would include Segment / Stream Wise P&L Analysis & Cash Flow Analysis apart from any other Management MIS stipulated by the Shareholders.

4, Working with Quality Team to ensure all Statutory Compliances in connection with Foods & Drug Administration Department, Pollution Control Department, Environmental Departments are valid and up to date

5, Working with CEO / MD office in preparing Corporate Presentation / Pitches which would be needed from time to time

Education - CA / MBA Finance with 10-15 years of experience.
