The Customer Care Center is a fast-paced, high-end call center and responsible for resolving early delinquency, addressing customer inquiries and providing outstanding customer service. The Collateral Based Solutions department focuses on pre-foreclosure liquidation solutions to help the borrower exit the property gracefully. The Short Sale and Deed-in-Lieu processing teams review and decision incoming requests to determine whether the short sale is financially beneficial to the investor (the Net Present Value of the short sale). The Senior Manager is responsible for managing all operations, processes, staff development, portfolio performance, policies and procedures within the group. The Senior Manager will lead a team of Managers, Team Leads and Processors within the Processing group of Collateral Based Solutions.

Job Functions

- Establishes and monitors departmental goals to maximize productivity, efficiency and effectiveness

- Oversees creation of Policies and Procedures for department; ensures compliance with regulatory and compliance standards

- Completes regular audits and performance reviews to monitor compliance

- Manages investor, vendor and internal relationships within different functional areas

- Develops and oversees departmental projects and strategies

- Ensures performance-related issues are addressed through corrective action in a timely manner

- Provides leadership and guidance both to leaders and associates within department

Job Qualifications

- College degree required

- 3-5 years management experience required

- Loss Mitigation experience preferred

- Excellent customer service skills

- Proficient math ability

- Excellent presentation skills

- Proficient knowledge and usage of Word and Excel

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to supervise others with emphasis on productivity, quality and team work

- Good organizational and time management skills

- Self-motivated and ability to delegate
