Senior Specialist - Recruiting (MBA from Premier Institute) POSITION SUMMARY : This position offers end to end experience for the Recruiter to manage the position from sourcing to hire stage and will also have an opportunity for end to end stakeholder management. This role also offers on working on wide variety of roles in Ocwen JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES : - Partner with BU to build effective sourcing and assessment approaches with an ability to manage BU expectations in a fast-paced, growth environment - Recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to gauge both technical skills and chemistry of candidates for fit, and to understand candidate motivation - Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios - Act as a subject matter expert with the internal stakeholders, effectively engaging and influencing throughout complex matrix organization to drive adherence and support for the regional talent acquisition strategies - Negotiate complex offers to close candidates by leveraging your experience whilst competing for top talent - Gather and maintain competitive market intelligence to help build a proactive, value-added Talent Acquisition model - Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management - Provide consistent results in a metrics-driven, high-performance culture EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: - MBA from premier institute with 1-5 years of experience in recruitment for the IT/Non IT business - Hands on experience in sourcing from various channels (job portals, social media & employee referral) - Experience in candidate assessment and management - Ability to build & analyze reports. Worked on multiple skills/roles - Experience in mid-senior level hiring.
