Manager-Enterprise Compliance POSITION SUMMARY : - Support Compliance testing team with population pulls and sampling using sampling methodologies for federal and agency related testing - Aiding with prompt filing of the Mortgage Call Reports for various entities ; PHH (Forward and Reverse), MAV, USVI, OBSI, OFSPL, RMS - Assisting the Licensing group with Licensing Report submissions - Assisting in Fraud review process. JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES : - Partner and communicate with multiple departments to collect data for Mortgage Call Report and other licensing reports. - Ensure timely submission of quarterly MCR submission. Also, adherence to licensing reports' timelines. - Develop governance change log for all MCR related changes. - Develop and update policies and procedure - Identify opportunities to automate and improve efficiencies - Support Compliance testing team with uploads to testing application - Partner with BIS team to make logic changes to the reports - Make script changes to the templates in compliance testing application - Provide technical support for compliance testing application including handling user profiles. - Assist in building automated control and status reports from compliance testing application - Monthly or ad hoc SQL queries for population pulls. - Preparing Compliance Testing reports by verifying results with system data and other channels. - Publishing Compliance Testing reports used for executive management consumption - Vendor Management ; contract and invoice management - Daily denial and OFAC list reconciliation and reviews EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE : - Graduation/PG from any stream. - 10+ years of experience in Mortgage, Financial Services Operations or related domain of a large financial institution will be preferred. - Good knowledge of the mortgage industry (originations through servicing) - 5+ years of experience in Compliance, Quality and Risk in financial services will be preferred. - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Ability to build processes that create operational value and minimize risk. - Must have a strong understanding of how the interrelationship of processes, technologies, and people create results. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities. - Must demonstrate the ability to think & work independently. - Ability to communicate with internal and external parties at all levels in the organization.
