Key Highlights: - Identification and evaluation of investment opportunities for the Company - Research, analysis and valuation of potential investment opportunities - Perform asset valuation for capital market transactions related to Mortgage assets - Update and maintain financial models used for valuation - Review and analyze deal/collateral documents to identify and highlight relevant details for the deals - Preparation of investment memorandum for senior management - Develop, maintain and publish reports on investment performance - Exposure to engaging with Senior Management globally Responsibilities - Investment analysis including identification of potential opportunities, valuation, diligence and preparation of memos for the senior management - Develop and maintain valuation models - Tracking investment performance and regular MIS for senior management Key Result Areas: - Analysis on investments and financial modelling - Performance management of investments - Risk and Control reports on models and processes Qualifications: - MBA from premium management schools (IIM/ISB) with a Bachelor degree from top undergrad colleges - Sound understanding of Corporate Finance and financial modeling. Post MBA work experience in finance is preferred - 1-3 years of relevant experience post MBA - Knowledge of the US financial service industry/ Mortgage industry is preferred but not required - Excellent problem solving, analytical and presentation skills - Office applications: Fluency with MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
