Human Resources department is responsible for strategy and delivery of Performance Mgt; Talent Acquisition, Management & Development; Compensation & Benefits and HR policies. This position will report into Director, Human Resources.

The individual would work on:

- Talent Management and Organization Development projects

- Improving reporting and analytics

- Design and implementation of process improvement, automation and other special projects.

Qualification:

- Management graduate from a top B school.

- Candidates flexible working in evening shifts (5:30 pm IST start time)

- Minimum 2yrs of work experience

- High proficiency in analytical, project management and written & verbal communication skills
