POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for multiple tasks under forward and reverse lending. Based on day to day team need and skill level, the tasks will be assigned. Superior communication skills and the ability to work closely with US team is essential. Job profile includes various functions under forward and reverse lending. This is a fast paced environment position that requires flexibility, commitment, focus, responsibility and an outgoing personality, and the ability to work in a team environment. There are plenty of scope to learn, so depending on skill level and hunger to learn, there a lot more this position can offer than what is mentioned below. JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Excel/VBA/Python modelling. - Develops an understanding of the forward and reverse origination process namely pricing, pooling, risk management, trading. - Report generations, analysis, sanity checks. - Exercises and upholds the company's policies and procedures. - Graduate/Post Graduate from a premier institute with minimum 60% or similar CGPA - CFA/CQF/Excel Modeling/Finance domain work experience/Python/R-project/SAS a bonus - 0 to 2 Years of work experience TRAINING / LICENSING REQUIREMENTS (only add if needed) - Training will be provided in-house WORK SCHEDULE OR TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS (Only add if needed) - 5:30 pm to 2:30 am/6:30 pm to 3:30 am based on day light saving time Ocwen is intensely focused on hiring, developing and retaining the best talent in the industry!
