Working Days : 5 days a week
Job Purpose :
As the Marketing Lead, you will report to the VP Marketing at OculusIT. Responsibilities will include managing the entire Pardot instance, as well as driving best email marketing practices. Terms like Segmentation, A/B testing, Landing Pages, Lead Nurturing, and Lead Scoring should all be more than familiar !
Education, experience and competencies required :
- 12+ years in revenue marketing / product marketing
- 4+ years of hands-on Pardot
- 2+ years of Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Good communication and marketing skills
Job Responsibilities/ Duties:
1) Campaign and communications management
2) Plan, deliver and evaluate communication campaigns to meet OIT objectives and identify areas for future improvement to drive better customer engagement and operational efficiencies through reporting automation.
3) This includes a range of client touch points around events, webinars, content marketing communications (blogs, case studies, emails)
4) Marketing Campaign Pardot Administration
5) Manage, and execute marketing campaigns using salesforce platform while closely interacting with marketing leads
6) Develop processes for creating, managing, and reconciling contact lists
7) Drive the customization of the marketing automation platform to include lead scoring, nurturing/drip campaigns, and workflows.
8) Lead the creation of dashboards that track lead generation and the effectiveness/ROI of campaign activity and techniques.
9) Report and Dashboard Creation and Maintenance
10) Create and maintain dashboards.
11) Create and maintain reports including folder maintenance.
12) Develop complex, macro driven reports to summarize system information for Senior Management
