JOB DESCRIPTION - Technical Manager (New Game Development)

- Work (hands-on coding) with the CEO and CTO directly for creating next generation new games

- Will create and lead/mentor/coach a small team of 3-4 developers.

- The team (led by this person) will do rapid prototyping of new game ideas, iterate through MVPs very quickly and then hand over to the core technology team once the protype is stabilized

- Should explore & champion new technologies which will fast track new game development process

- Should collaborate with all other teams to share best practices, cross-pollinate new ideas & streamline product development processes.

Skillset Required:

- Total experience should be 8-10 years (some team handling experience is preferred)

- A very significant part of this person's prior experience must be in very early-stage start-up (either as a founding member or as one of earliest employees)

- Should be a self-driven professional who takes ownership and leads by example in a very fast paced rapid-iterative environment

- Experience in both client slide (Unity/C++/ JS will be useful) & server side (C++/Erlang/ Elixir, Scala/Python/NodeJS etc.)

- Must Worked on client server-based applications.

- Prior Experience in gaming would be great.
