Octro - General Manager - Product Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced GM Product Manager to lead a team of Product Managers and drive strategic initiatives aimed at improving customer engagement, retention, and business growth. The ideal candidate will own the customer lifecycle, optimize retention strategies, and enhance overall revenue while ensuring an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Insights & Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of customer profiles, behaviors, and preferences to optimize product engagement.

- Customer Retention & LTV Ownership: Own customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and retention budget, with clear accountability for increasing retention rates.

- Business Growth & Performance Improvement: Design and implement strategic initiatives to drive measurable business growth and improve key performance metrics.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize mobile analytics, trends, and advanced retention tactics to scale the product and maximize customer LTV.

- P&L Ownership: Manage the segments Profit & Loss (P&L), focusing on improving unit economics and driving revenue growth.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- MBA from a top-tier B-School (IIMs/ISB, etc.) and a strong academic background in Engineering/Commerce (IITs/NITs, etc.)

- 5+ years of experience, with at least 3 years post-MBA in a customer-facing or product-driven role.

- Proven expertise in customer funnel optimization to improve retention, particularly for high-value users.

- Strong data-driven mindset, business acumen, and analytical thinking to drive product decisions.

- Passion for the gaming industry is a plus.
