JD: - Manage and execute product roadmap and lifecycle of games on mobile. - Identify market opportunities and define game- 's vision and strategy with firm believe in putting out the best product on the market. - Keep a strict eye on the game analytics, chart movements, consumer feedback, ratings, reviews etc. - Monitoring of daily user behavior and making sense of analytics for improvising the product experience - Analyze game metrics to identify opportunities for optimizing performance including conversion, churn and customer lifetime value. - Develop and launch Mobile Games on Social Networking. - Establish a culture of testing and iteration using metrics, and A/B testing and multivariate testing to determine feature priorities and changes needed. - Innovate and deliver the game to the best of breed games in that category - Work on short deadline environments and have a data-driven decision-making approach. - Create wireframes and product specs as per requirement and as and when required.
