About Role: Looking for a digital marketing leader with experience of performance marketing/UA either in gaming or e-commerce across established channels both in India and abroad. Must have managed minimum monthly UA budget of $1M. Hands on experience of scaling and managing campaigns is a must. This role works closely with Data and CRM teams and hence skew towards quant is must. Knowledge of SEO/ASO added advantage. - Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative - Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies - Set, monitor and report on team goals - Analyze user behavior and determine user personas - Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share - Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features) - Strategic leadership across all online (both mobile and desktop) acquisition channels delivering quality customer growth. - Own overall digital budget with clear accountability of Customer acquisition cost (CAC) and potential LTV of acquired users - Designing and implementation of acquisition campaigns and strategy across all digital channels - Constant evaluation of new and existing digital channels/strategies to drive high quality new users - Strong understanding of mobile analytics, trends and tactics required to scale and improve net user acquisition Desired Skills and Experience : - Experience of 8+ years preferably in a digital marketing role in an Brand/Ad Agency/Consumer Internet company/Gaming - Past experience of mobile performance marketing across Google, Facebook etc on scale - Skilled Marketing strategist, able to inspire your team members, we'd like to meet you.
