As the Head of Business Unit, you would be responsible for driving strategies revolving around business growth, P&L, Growth & Retention marketing within the vertical, product development, innovation & planning, process & operations optimization.

You should be a strategic thinker & should have the ability to drive the assigned vertical (Game) from inside & outside perspective. You should be comfortable working with all stakeholders in a fast paced, data and technology-driven environment. You will be required to work in high-impact teams where everyone owns a significant part of the game and contributes both technically and creatively

Role & Responsibilities :

- Leading a cross functional team of 10+ member to take end-to-end ownership of the product vision, writing game feature specs, analysing key performance metrics and driving business results.

- Drive & develop product strategy, product roadmap by analysing and prioritizing projects/features, determining the product design and development effort and negotiating launch timelines with development teams.

- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.

- Be a Visionary who can think out of the box and introduce new trends in the market.

- Collaborate with various teams to identify improvements to existing gameplay loops as well as new features, content, event ideas and, create the best gameplay and service experience for players.

What are we looking for :

- 12+ years of General Management, product management experience with at least 5 years of managing & leading product teams ( Industries : Internet, Computer Games, Mobile Games, Entertainment, Ecommerce) in B2C

- Should be highly motivated, proactive and self-starter and able to handle ambiguity and chart out the path forward

- Should have a positive attitude and a proven track record of developing strong teams of product managers and have the skills for developing great people

- Solid hands-on experience and desire to build customer-centric products and work closely with engineering and UX teams to achieve that

- Creative and strategic thinker, innovative problem-solving skills, highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
