Responsibilities:
- Own go-to-market strategy and drive the execution of launch plans
- Articulate Ocrolus' value proposition that aligns with our border mortgage business strategies to increase product awareness and adoption
- Contribute to product development through a deep understanding of the lending industry, customer needs and values
- Build cross-functional relationships and enable others to leverage product marketing services
- Enable the sales team to position and differentiate Ocrolus in a way that resonates with our target personas and customers
- Become the go-to expert on competitive landscape and market intelligence
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in product marketing or related function, including 5+ years of professional experience at a SaaS-based software company
- Preferred background in fintech, lending and mortgage lending.
- Experience leading GTM planning and execution while working cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, client services and other customer-facing teams in the lending industry.
- A proven track record of positioning SaaS products effectively to different external and internal audiences
- A skilled researcher and a critical analyst
- Preferred Gurgaon-based or travel will be required.
- Support hours in the EMEA shift (1 PM to 10 PM IST).
