Ocean Online - Technology Leader (0-5 yrs)
We are founding the worlds first global market place for ocean freight rates . We are trying to disrupt the USD 200 billion global shipping industry by using intelligent tech solutions and AI. Ocean Online will work with a strong technology base to provide services like integrated documentation, booking management, ocean freights to customers . We also intend to work with key shipping companies and use our technology base to optimize over capacity and shape demand . We are looking for technology leaders to join our core team and be one of the first people to disrupt this industry .
The ideal candidate will possess a passion of disrupting and challenging status quo. We are looking for a person with strong IT background and having a vision to convert complicated business problems into simple technology solutions . As this is a co founder position it comes with an equity stake .
Role includes
Inventing and dreaming a tech enabled shipping industry which challenges todays obsolete solutions
Ability to implement high end technology and logistic optimization algorithms
Knowledge of advanced machine learning languages
Risk taker and natural business leader.
We are looking for dreamers and hence industry and work experience is no bar. Its your vision which is more important than anything else.
