At KYCHUB.com we have an immediate opening for a highly ambitious SaaS Sales Director to join our fast growing team.

We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, resilient, willing to take responsibility, full of ideas and disciplined enough to carry out their own plans. With a significant growth trajectory, supported by an international client base, which can provide you with an opportunity to develop your own career as the business grows. The potential clients include financial services, accounting, legal and investment management, but the role will also require identifying other customer segments to approach. We're looking for someone who is comfortable in a dynamic, growing startup, and equally comfortable networking with executives as analysing sales metrics.

Role Objectives -


- Actively source, qualify, and win new clients (generating sales leads from networking, LinkedIn, cold-calling, etc)

- Manage the sales cycle with enthusiasm

- Produce commercial proposals in line with sales operating procedures.

- hands on with ability to define targets, measure, and manage them on a weekly basis

- Build and maintain sales pipeline and forecast Real Time within the CRM system

- Develop quarterly, monthly, and weekly priorities with specific, measurable goals

- Achievement of individual monthly/quarterly/annual new business revenue targets

- Create and successfully execute a sales plan including but not limited to outlining a list of prospective clients, 12-18 months sales projections and regional competitor/market analysis

- New sales - researching new accounts and directly calling the end users of our product to secure a pitch (either in person, or via the Web)

- Able to research and build a detailed understanding of the customer environment, how they manage authorised signatory lists

- Look for opportunities to add value for the customer and develop additional revenue

- Regularly engage prospective clients (via in-person meetings, introductory emails, phone calls) following the sales process set internally

- Train and support junior team members to actively source, qualify, and help win new clients

- think outside the box and create partnerships, alliances, and brainstorm solutions to customer potential problems

Skills & Experience :

- Professional solution software, SaaS sales experience, ideally in a relevant financial services or compliance vertical

- Excellent knowledge of workflows and business applications, CRM systems, sales pipeline management, and analytics

- A proven track record of setting/meeting/beating new business sales targets in complex sales environments. The ideal candidate will be experienced in both short & medium sales cycles involving many stakeholders.

- A collaborative nature and an ability to build broad customer relationships as well as galvanising and influencing internal relationships.

- Able to quickly learn & convey product knowledge, conference engagements and technical product demonstrations.

- Highly analytical and at ease with CRM analytics and A/B testing

- Superlative communication skills (listening, verbal, written, presentation)

- Highly organized and excellent planning skills, able to work under pressure, able to meet deadlines

- Entirely comfortable picking up the phone and engaging with prospective clients

- Successful history of direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets

- Access to a large network of local decision-makers within potential clients
