Oberoi Realty - Manager/Senior Manager - Litigation

1. To have thorough knowledge of the Laws relating to real estate business.

2. Proficiency in drafting pleadings such as suit, petitions, Notice of Motions/ I.A./Complaints etc.

3. To attend matters in City Civil Court, Small Causes Court, Bombay High Court, Consumer courts,

4. To have complete understanding of RERA laws and to attend matters before RERA Authority and RERA Appellate Tribunal

5. To conduct legal research on various aspects of the cases.

6. To execute administrative work such as MIS, Filing and organising of papers and proceedings of the cases.

7. To coordinate with the respective departments to gather relevant information and for assessment of the matters.

8. To brief and coordinate with the external lawyer and counsels for preparation of the matter.

9. To appear in the matters before RERA Authority, City Civil Court, Consumer Courts etc.
