Job Responsibility: Sourcing/Procurement/ Global Supply Chain and Contract Management Job Responsibilities - Manage Data sourcing across globe while managing huge volumes at ease. Should have connection with global data providing organizations helpful in developing redundancies for vendor development perspective in short time. - Should be aware of pricing and commercial benchmarks for various categories of Data sources viz. Shipping, healthcare, Food and Hotel industry, IT, Real estate etc. in small and mid-segment industry including public companies across globe. - Should be able to strategize the Data procurement basis future needs and scope thereby structure and negotiate the deals for smooth operations for long terms goals of organization. - Responsibilities include sourcing, procurement, category management and spend analytics for various geographies across globe in complex and multi company setup - Formulate and implement a robust vendor optimization strategy covering business requirements, cost reduction and favorable alignment of contracts - Manage vendor contract renewals with assigned savings Targets - Lead and engage with multiple business owners of third parties to ensure compliance with required assessments, procedures and cadence per the policy Framework; assessment administration for both new and existing engagements - Lead supplier negotiations and contracting, vendor management, contract/service compliance in ever challenging timelines - Responsible for identifying continuous improvement opportunities within existing system and vendors relationships while proactively manage and monitor vendor savings processes, identify business value levers, with periodic updates for management - Prioritize and manage projects and deliverables effectively, and quickly adapt projects to changing processes and requirements manage all aspects of vendor relationship. - Responsible for keeping track for all supplier payments which is due as per milestones / due-dates / scope accordingly, with relevant docs. Desired Skills : - Minimum 8 years of work experience in a vendor management role, with knowledge of IT and Telecom Procurement : - Excellent negotiating and persuasive skills, both in one-on-one and group situation - Experience in applying organizational standards when developing requests for proposals, negotiating terms and drafting contracts - Ability to systematically analyze complex problems, draw relevant conclusions and implement appropriate solutions - Strong Project management skills. - Excellent verbal and written skills, and ability to convey complex information in a way that others can readily follow - Results oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent skills in supply chain management, domestic & global procurement - Good knowledge of MS office suite ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS : - Qualifications - MBA/BBA/Engineering background - will be preferred - Prior experience in Banking / Financial Services environment would be helpful - Strong English language skills
