Marketing Head - India

STRATEGY AND PLANNING:

- Responsible for developing and executing the Brand Plan, Marketing Strategy and Seasonal Marketing initiatives for the Spa Retail Chain in India

- Lead the company's marketing activities including Strategic Brand Building / Strategic Marketing Initiatives to create demand

- Plan and Monitor Monthly and Annual ATL inputs and execution

BTL ACTIVITIES:

- Design and drive BTL activities, events etc for increasing customer acquisition through a team of Regional Marketing Managers / Executives

- Monitor Revenue from various Categories and Locations for allocation of budgets across various promotions

- Drive Cross Promotions, Brand tie-ups and Alliances for increasing foot-falls

- Manage PR activities for increased visibility of the brand

CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT :

- Manage the Existing Base of customers to increase usage

- Execute promotions to increase loyalty and retention of customers

- Drive Membership programs

ANALYTIC AND SUPPORT:

- Provide inputs to the operational teams for enhancing sales and improving revenue throughput

- Design seasonal schemes with the operational team and provide marketing support through design of collaterals and other sales support

- Support the Digital Marketing team with creative in line with the Brand positioning

- Create segments for focused marketing

- Track Competition and understand market dynamics and trends
