Job Responsibilities :
- Drive innovation to achieve profitable growth and Co Create new products with Business Excellence team. Focus on ensuring alignment with demand of different customer segmentation to accelerate growth
- Review menu briefs by leveraging inputs from consumer Insights function such that it helps achieve sales targets, increase market share and meet cost saving opportunities
- Establish measures to drive incorporation of feedback from HQ and Regional Marketing teams on effectiveness of initiatives undertaken to promote brand acceptance and to meet customer expectation
- Responsible to build business cases and develop concepts to aid growth through innovation led and non innovation led modes
- Play an instrumental role in the cross-functional team (marketing, operations, training, SC, development, new product development) that ensures smooth commercial implementation of all new and promotional products
- Evaluate package development and recommend revisions wherever necessary
- Operationalize the test and assess for gaps, if any
- Responsible for signing off the product and the pro-mix impact and give handover to Brand Equity Head
Job Location : Hyderabad
Desired Qualification : MBA - Marketing
- 3-5 Years of Marketing Experience ( Brand Management ) either from FMCG or Retail Background - B school graduate
Salary range : 6 - 10 LPA
