At Nykaa we believe that great products are built by small teams that work smart and act fast.

We are looking for a Product manager who excels in fast paced organizations, handles ambiguity well and knows how to drive a structured agile process. You should have worked in a product role in a Product or e-commerce business for at least 3 years and seen multiple Product releases from concept to launch. Led a data driven approach of measuring product and feature efficacy. Above all you are great at understanding business priorities and therefore where to invest effort.

Role : 

- Own the product roadmap to achieve our goals and strategy. Justify your decisions to key stakeholders including senior management. Drive all the way from conception to go to market strategy.

- Drive execution by prioritizing projects along with engineering, writing specs, mockups, user stories, acceptance test and whatever it takes to launch features quickly. Partner with Engineering team to drive structured sprints and daily standups

- Drive an inclusive and innovation focused culture of evaluating product ideas from across the organization and quickly experimenting with them to test if they have merit.

Requirements : 

- BE/B. Tech degree in Computer Science

- MBA from tier I college

- At least 3+ years experience in a Product or Internet company.

- You thrive in a fast paced work environment and handle ambiguity well. Ability to lead a team with minimal support is critical.

- You are a team player with a collaborative approach to decision making.

- You can prioritize, resolve conflicts and stakeholder management
