Job Descriptions : - Would be required to work closely with cross functional teams such as brand management, design, retail and content to plan for the monthly marketing campaign calendar for App pushes - Continuously measure App engagement metrics like MAU, DAU, Converting users on a daily basis - Create app pushes, target customer audiences based on behavior, analyse post performance on a daily basis - Develop new and innovative communications styles and design campaigns to improve user engagement on the App - Constantly optimise for best results in terms of CTRs, Conversions, Revenue, etc. - Create App install campaigns basis budgets on all platforms and regularly update all metrics for post install analysis - Update creatives and communications for all Ads on a regular basis in accordance with website activities such as Skincare sale, Makeup Sale, etc. - Innovate and implement new creatives and styles to improve campaign performance - Optimise install campaigns to improve cost per install, installation rates, post install performance etc. Must Have : - Should have run app install and marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, RevX, Criteo, etc. for the eCommerce industry - Should be strong in analyzing cohort and retention data and optimize campaigns as well as create audience segments for targeting - Must be able to work with CPI and MAU targets for Install campaigns - Must be able to work with ROI and revenue targets for App Engagement - Should be comfortable using analytics tools like Clevertap, Appsfyler and Adobe Analytics
