- Should have experience in setting up the infrastructure of a new office.
- Managing all employees queries.
- Organizing Transport facility for employees, Routing, tracking of all the vehicles
- Coordinating and building rapport with the Vendors and Suppliers
- Manage Housekeeping Security Supervising, Manage Catering facilities
- Travel arrangement for Staff Domestic , International, Hotel Bookings
- Shift Allotment for night shift employees
- Stationary Procurement and monitoring Printing documents
- Setting up new branch offices at different cities as per company s requirement.
- Maintaining AMC s for all office assets
- Coordinating with landlords for maintenance of the office Building
- Organizing company outings for employee
- Liasioning with various Government Department and Contractors
Skills Required
Financial competency, People management, Space/occupancy/infra management, Compliance/initiatives.
