Nykaa - Product Manager/Senior Product Manager - Fashion Team

Nykaa is building its fashion vertical with a mission to inspire every Indian woman to make the best fashion choices for themselves. We are seeking creative, outcome-oriented, analytical, and highly entrepreneurial people to join our exciting and fast-paced team.

The Lingerie & Accessories category team is looking for a Product Manager/Sr. Product Manager to own and drive all the customer-focused initiatives in the category - providing a world-class customer experience to category buyers. The person who joins this team must share our passion and commitment to serve our customers. S/he must be able to balance a razor-sharp focus on solving for the customer needs while driving excellence in execution. We are looking for self-starters with strong analytical skills and result-orientation who can make and execute independent, data-driven decisions.

The Product / Sr. Product Manager's Primary Responsibilities Will Include

- Owning the entire customer experience for a reimagined buying process based on category insights, and driving the execution to the end

- Owning customer experience metrics and data quality and developing scalable processes to deliver customer-delight & Business growth

- Partnering closely with cross-functional teams like Platform product team, marketing, ops, seller teams as well as brand partners

- Managing relationships with key brand and vendors

- Sharing regular and insightful updates with category leadership on progress

Things we are looking for:

- An understanding of and passion for e-commerce.

- 2-5 years of prior Product Management experience

- Demonstrated data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills

- Ability to think strategically and tactically, with high attention to detail

- Proven experience of comfortable with "hands-on" management of tasks while managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities

- Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects

- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

- Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines

- Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools

- Innovative, team-oriented, and have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities
