Nykaa - Content Creation/Curation Role (10-12 yrs)
Content Strategy defining and communicating :
- Mapping out a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why. Continuous evolution of strategy is a must.
- Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, mobile, video, print and in-person.
- Develop a web content strategy that encompasses the goals of a company and aligns with the company's image
- Cooperate with the marketing team to create web content.
- Manage the daily activities of a content team composed of writers, graphic designers, videographers, and other industry professionals
- Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year
- Managing budgets and financial for producing content for the organization.
- Leveraging market data to develop content themes/topics and execute a plan to develop the assets that support a point of view and educate customers that leads to critical behavioral metrics.
Execution Management :
- Use target keywords to write search-engine copy that is optimized for search engines (SEO) while remaining entertaining and informative
- Oversee a content production team's creation and management of targeted content for the company's website.
- Stay abreast of current best practices in the industry and review competitor websites to compare their activities.
Impact Assessment :
- Measuring content effectiveness. Gathering data and handle analytics and make recommendations based on those results.
- Innovations and new initiatives
- Develop online and social media marketing strategy and work with your team to execute effectively
- Drive and manage continuous improvement programmes for platforms including the website and inbound marketing platform.
