Job Purpose :
To define and design scope of various HR Ops Excellence & Tech-HR projects, aimed to create better efficiency, robustness, standardization and imbibe forward looking thinking into the projects which should lead to world class Employee Experience.
What is that I need to do:
1. Define and design scope of critical projects impacting the HR Ops efficiency and employee experience.
2. Define and document policies\SOPs\procedure for critical processes of HR Operations & Tech HR.
3. Working with critical stakeholders within HR Ops\HR\cross functional, as per the scope of project and getting Buying from them to ensure timely project deliverables
4. Benchmarking and getting Outside-in perspective on critical employee practices and policies.
5. Ensure Project management, wrt to tracking timelines, milestones and regular update to critical stakeholders.

Experience & Qualification:
Must Have :
- MBA in HR from Tier I institute with 2-3 years experience.
- Exposure to at least 2 subverticals of HR
