As Growth Head, you'll directly work on strategic initiatives to drive user growth. This will involve a visioning exercise for user growth leveraging outside-in and inside-out insights. You'll lead initiatives to identify new 10x growth opportunities as well as structurally reduce CAC. This is a cross-functional role that works closely with Product, Tech, Sales and Analytics. Roles and Responsibilities : - Take complete ownership to devise innovative growth strategies to drive exponential user growth, by developing a deep understanding of our target users - Directly responsible for performance & growth of all the Growth Managers - Have a deep understanding of sales channels to drive top of the funnel as well as identify optimisations to reduce CAC - Identify new growth opportunities in existing sales channels and identify new sales channels (explore new avenues/ growth hacks) to acquire new and engaged users. - Plan & deliver region/market specific ATL, BTL, Digital campaigns to drive specific objectives right from planning stage all the way to delivery while working hand in hand with other cross-functional teams - Collaborate with channel-specific teammates (content, creative etc.) to identify areas for growth. - Drive continuous problem discovery to identify opportunity areas through research, outside-in and data analysis and recommend 10X user growth opportunities - Drive continuous improvement and optimization through experiments, continuous A/B testing and generating hypotheses. - Curate insights from digital marketing channels like FB and Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, to map customer journeys and buyer segments. - Create a performance metrics framework to set and evaluate goals for every campaign, look at the data daily to identify any problem areas and be proactive in problem solving. - Understand and optimize on the CRM funnel to improve SMS, Email campaigns performance to improve overall conversion funnel. - Mapping out solutions for critical business problems by analyzing user behavior and drawing important insights Requirements : - 3-5 years of experience as a Growth Head or related roles - Previous experience in Affiliate/Influencer Marketing, ATL & BTL will be an added advantage. - A combination of analytical and creative thinking, with excellent attention to detail and good business judgment. - Can envision and come up with longer-term sales strategies - Can carry out market research/ customer calls to understand the user profiling and run targeted marketing campaigns - Structured problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and show constant entrepreneurial initiative - Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance - Have an iterative approach - build hypothesis, experiment, collect data and improvise - Passion & hustle to take on & solve problems individually and within cross-functional teams. - Strong verbal and written communication skills and collaborative working style - Proactive people with a strong sense of empathy and great patience Work Location: Hyderabad Compensation: 15 - 24 LPA
