You will be working with the founders very closely on high impact projects that shape up the careers of millions of students across the country.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify problems along the learner journey to understand and develop solutions to learner's pain points

- Talking to students, team members and various stakeholders to derive insights, feedback and learnings.

- Gather insights from across teams within the org and conduct external research and usability studies to understand how students are interacting with the product and develop enhancements based on the results/analysis

- Identifying and setting up analytics on right data. Analyse it to deliver actionable insights.

- Understanding the student behaviour and gathering insights to suggest improvements in the product.

- Define the key metrics of different functions and make sure they are being completed as per the set targets.
