Job Overview:

You are able to support and enable the frontline TA team to follow the defined process & methods efficiently and effectively and reduce friction

Requirements and Skills:

- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant experience in the Position of responsibilities Previously

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Having good Skills in Google Spreadsheets

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the TA (Talent Acquisition) team.

- Maintaining and updating candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

- Providing support in the offer process, including preparing offer letters and conducting reference checks.

- Managing onboarding processes and ensuring new hire paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

- Assisting with tracking and reporting of TA metrics and data.

- Collaborating with the Finance team and helping them in Budgeting and Allowances.

- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in TA
