Nxtra - Project Lead - Data Center

We are looking for Project Lead to oversee our data center campus build at specific Geo. Right from site selection, civil construction, campus development, electrical infrastructure including GIS Substations, Power and Distribution Transformers, HT and LT panels, UPS, Diesel Generators, UPS, Power Distribution units, mechanical infrastructure including chillers, precision air handling units, fan wall units, VRF, thermal storage tanks, pumps, PAC's, ELV systems and plumbing works. Complete data center campus development including timely Statutory Approvals.

EXPERIENCE IN DATACENTER IS A MUST.

Responsibilities :

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

- Ensure resource availability and allocation

- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

- Maintain highest level of EHS practice at all our sites

- Safety First approach, zero tolerance behavior for safety violations

- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

- Report and escalate to management as needed

- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks

- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements :

- Civil /Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering degree preferably with management degree

- Proven relevant work experience as a Project Lead in Data Center Industry

- Solid technical background, with understanding and hands-on experience in data center Infrastructure

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Working knowledge of auotcad

- PMP / PRINCE II certification

- CDCS/ CDCE/ ATD desired
