A competent project management professional who has a broad understanding of product engineering, delivery management and industry best practices. Years of experience: 10 - 12 years

Responsibilities:

- Drive execution of product implementations for enterprise customers across industries in accordance with the methodology

- Liaison with key business stakeholders and deliver within the bounds of scope, schedule, and effort. Must accomplish implementation objectives as per agreed milestones

- Conceptualize and formulate best of breed solutions in close collaboration with business

- Responsible for tracking and managing the project throughout the design, build and implementation phases. It includes requirement gathering, functional design, planning and work breakdown, quality assurance and support across multiple engagements.

- Own system configuration and deployment activities across multiple projects

- Contribute towards internal consulting capability building within the Professional Services group.

- Stakeholder engagement, contribution towards recommending system wide solutions and improvements through active feedback from clients and implementation experience

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in implementing of ERP / CRM / Supply Chain applications is preferred.

- Experience in at least 3 full life cycle enterprise application implementations as a functional consultant, product owner with delivery accountability

- Quick and innovative thinking with the acumen to correctly interpret trends/patterns from available data and formulate effective actions in achieving stated objectives.

- Candidate must possess an engineering degree from a reputed institute. Having an MBA in a related field will be a distinct advantage

- Prince 2, PMP or Scrum master certifications a definite plus

- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with good interpersonal skills and ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer relationships with counterparts.
