NVIDIA is seeking a Regional Compensation leader for India. In this role, you will provide mentorship on local compensation practices and will lead supporting the regions with compensation matters. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing and leading pay programs in India.

What you'll be doing:

- You will Lead and execute regional compensation programs, practices, policies, and systems

- Provide in-depth compensation collaboration and program management to key business leaders per region

- Participate in the design, implementation, administration and analysis of International compensation programs and solutions

- Provide support with various compensation analyses, financial models, base salary, promotion and adjustment increases, short term and long term incentive programs, semi-annual reward cycles and off cycle processing

- Collaborate with internal business leaders regarding compensation-related issues and develop solutions to meet specific needs

- Participate in compensation program design and/or modification to meet the needs of the regions

- Research, analyze and measure compensation solutions to ensure competitive pay practices. Conduct complex analysis in support of talent management objectives and for reporting and costing purposes

- Extraordinary analytical skills, with the ability to draw conclusions, themes, and trends from large amounts of data and propose solutions

- Strong project management skills with ability to run multiple processes concurrently in a rapidly changing environment with very high attention to detail

- Works closely with internal partners including Legal and Finance in the design and compliance of regional programs

- Ensures the timely administration, processing, and communication of award programs

What we need to see :

- 2 to 6 years of relevant compensation experience

- Deep understanding of the legal and regulatory environment

- Experience working with broad-based, incentive, and equity compensation is strongly preferred

- Broad knowledge of India and Europe compensation practices

- Strong organizational skills; capable of multi-tasking

- Adept at working professionally in a rapidly changing environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Superb analytical skills

- Highly responsive and customer-service oriented

- Strong skills in Excel, Office, PowerPoint and HR systems

- Compensation - One of the very best in the industry
