IB-Business and strategy management role:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Evaluate and present market opportunities / trends for shaping business strategy

- Ideate and deliver key technology initiatives for integration of business verticals

Performance Management & Reporting:

- Establish performance milestones for each department & ensured timely tracking

- Manage business reporting and presentations for internal/external stakeholders

- Aid business head to lead monthly meetings evaluating business performance and identify areas of improvement.

Operational Excellence & Business Management:

- Oversee and coordinate extensive, high impact projects to drive efficiency & cost savings.

- Implement and ideate operational standards, risk control measures.

Financial Management:

- Identify areas of cost improvement driving cost savings.

- Lead budgeting, timely recognition of revenues & expenses, regulatory audits.

Marketing and Communications:

- Develop engaging and relevant content for marketing materials, including website & social media.

- Developed social media creatives for e-releases across LinkedIn campaigns & other avenues.
