Role - Head of Sales & Operation

Summary :

An emerging Dairy and Superfoods Company based out of Gurugram is looking for an experienced and passionate business person to lead our Sales team in India.

Expectation -

- As the leader for the business, the individual will work closely with the founders/ other senior management team to deliver the plan for the business.

- The individual will be required to drive new business, bring new clients, and develop market centric solutions and implement the same.

- This role would ideally suit someone who is driven by new opportunities, building out a book of business, working in an innovative environment and who can embrace rapid change.

- The person will have complete responsibility of leading a sales team and placement of Food products through offline/ Distributor channel including defining the Product Placement Strategy.

- Monitoring the sales performance of all business and payments receipt.

- Close coordination with manufacturing team and review of orders.

- Make every business a profit center for the company and take initiative to develop new business.

Requirement :

- Strong experience in the FMCG (pref Foods category) placement in offline market in Delhi NCR and North India

- Should be based out of Gurugram or Delhi only

- Minimum of 15 years of experience

- Demonstrated experience in developing strategy and executing on key initiatives

- Deep understanding and relationship with Distributors/ Retailers

- Preferably a Masters of Business degree

Employment Type - Full Time, Permanent

Salary: INR 25L to INR 50L (Fixed + Variable)
