This Engineering senior leader will report to the CEO and be responsible for the following:
- Building and Scaling the healthcare technology Nutrii building
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership :
- Provide inspiring leadership and direction to a new Engineering team that is focused on emerging technologies.
- Define the vision and strategy and drive the execution of these technology initiatives.
- Be a talent magnet.
Innovation & Technical Excellence :
- Create a culture of great Engineering technical outcomes that are truly amazing, innovative Professional
Experience/Background to be successful in this role :
- BS Computer Science or Engineering, MS preferred. 5 years experience with at least 2 years in a management role. Have led organization with 5+ engineers in a high scale SaaS environment. Experience with public cloud platforms, AWS preferred.
- Learning mindset and curiosity to explore new technologies in a hands-on manner. Executive presence and confidence presenting to executive leaders.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, and ability to present technology .
- Team Player
