Senior Manager - Finance (CA Qualified) Primary roles and responsibilities: - Determining, deduction &amp; payment of TDS on expenses. - Determining &amp; payment of GST including reverse charge mechanism. - Filing of TDS &amp; GST returns - Passing payment entries for taxes paid (TDS &amp; GST) in accounting software - Request and Download Correction data file and Justification report for filing revised TDS returns - Reports &amp; MIS for senior management. - Reconciliation of Account balances with the clients &amp; vendors. - Income Tax ( Should have represented the Company in some Income Tax Scrutinizes) + Filing ITR returns - Knowledge of TDS, Service Tax, WCT, GST &amp; all tax-related work. - To look after online payments pertaining to TDS, VAT, WCT Return file, making TDS Certificate, Issuance of TDS certificates. - Formulating a corporate financial plan in line with the nurturing green strategic plan. - Participating in the key decision as a member of the executive management team. - Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure NG remains fully compliant with all finance-related regulatory and statutory requirements at all times. - Working closely with internal and external auditors to mitigate any high risks identified in the audit reports. - Reporting risk issues to the risk and audit committee of the board of directors. - Perform financial reporting and responsible for monthly P&amp;L analysis and financial forecasts. - Support the Corporate function in the consolidation and other reports of the BU / Division financial results. - Roles may evolve in the future to provide support for Business Planning &amp; Forecasting. - Demonstrate established competency in planning and organizing - needs to be a well-organized self-starter who can manage a range of - competing priorities and projects. - Responsible for to be a part of liasioning and negotiating with Banks and Financial Institutions for raising fund and non-fund based facilities and get the best deals for the entire locations of the company and its projects. - Responsible to handle due diligence audits of financial institutions, clarifications, justifications for appraisals of Banks and Financial Institutions. - Responsible for conceiving and structuring the Project and organizing the funds for the Project. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:&nbsp; - CA Final Qualified Only - In-depth knowledge of Direct taxes (Income tax &amp; TDS) &amp; Indirect taxes (Service Tax- now GST) - Proficiency in relevant accounting &amp; tax software. - Well versed with Tally ERP 9, MS Excel - Attention to detail and good analytical skills - Ability to work unsupervised and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines - Good influencing skills - Needs to possess strong financial knowledge Candidate having entrepreneurial inclination will be preferred.
