What you will do : - Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/ SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns - Design, build and maintain our social media presence - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Identify trends,insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end- to- end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points - Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels - Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where ever appropriate - Take ownership of entire digital marketing initiatives to increase traffic and conversions - Plan and manage various feature additions to the website/app to increase conversions What you will need : - BE,with minimum of 6- 8 years of experience in developing, implementing and executing strategic digital marketing plans in healthcare, ecommerce, food apps, content platforms, FMCG, Consulting and/or start up - Go-getters, who are comfortable working in an ambiguous environment, with hands on approach - Strong analytics and quantitative skills - Deep knowledge and experience in email marketing and email campaign management
