Role : Head - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Responsibility :
- Responsible for effective costing, Planning and evaluation of the projects
- Responsible for Analysis of Results and trends, model scenarios (Return on Investment, Profitability Analysis, Variance Analysis)
- Extensively involved in Budgeting, Project Evaluation, preparing Monthly Plans, evaluation of proposals w.r.t. product company
- Production of consolidated Management Information (both quantitative & qualitative) for Finance/ Business Head
- Extensive analysis of revenue, costs and customer behavior, thereby supporting the business to take financially sound business decisions
- Work with the business team to support contractual discussions, ensuring that all decisions meet the organizational profitability benchmarks
- Performance Report and other related reporting in a timely, accurate and consistent format/manner.
- Lead the business planning cycles
- Ensure global compliance with fiscal, legal and company's finance requirements with due regard to statutory & audit requirements.
- Demonstrate high level of integrity, knowledge of the organization to the outside world.
Customer Satisfaction :
- Build and maintain profitable and long term relationships with customers
- Ensure investors and customers expectations are met in all respects like financial planning, balance sheets, audit etc.
Team Development :
- Align appropriate responsibilities, accountability and authority for team members
- Enable and support a sense of team spirit, encouraging an environment of open communication
- Help team members in laying down their performance plans and managing and enhance their performance
- Hold regular planning and review meetings with team members.
- Identify development needs of team members
- Inspire team members and groom them for additional responsibilities.

- Should be Finance professional with large & diversified amount experience in varied industry verticals.

Must Experience of working on SAP
Required Experience : 11 - 14 Years and above
Qualification : CA qualified/ MBA
