About the Role At Nua, we are obsessed with customer experience and are making sure we launch customer-centric products. We are adding multiple categories across the fem-care space to expand our portfolio. This role would include build the end to end product strategy for new products. We need high bias-for-action, driven and enthusiastic individuals with good problem solving skills to identify the right products, define specifications & features and launch them. Key Responsibilities - Identify the right products to launch and define target product specifications and features - Develop the target product, work closely with technical, sourcing team and manufacturers - Project management of product concept to launch process - Identify customer needs and convert them into viable product specifications and features - Develop a thorough market and customer understanding of the landscape in given category(s) - Have an understanding of customer behaviour and be able to take customer centric decisions - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to conceptualize and launch products - Understand need gap requirements of the product well and be able to develop the required solutions for target need gaps Skills &amp; Qualifications - 2-3 years of experience in a sourcing, manufacturing or product development role - B.Tech/B. Sc (Required), an MBA would be preferred - Has managed external stakeholders, preferably some experience interacting with manufacturers - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Good to have: - Product Research &amp; Development experience in the FMCG space - Customer Research/Consumer Insights related to Products What's in it for you - 2-3 years of experience in a start-up or fast paced environment is preferred - B.Tech (Required) - Good at stakeholder management, preferably some experience interacting with external stakeholders as well. - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
