With a growing community of over 100,000 women, they are already India's largest and most engaged digital-first feminine care brand. About the Role : - At Nua, they obsess over customer experience. Every product decision is driven by what is best for their customers. As a Manager- Retention Strategy and Marketing you will : - Define and execute all customer retention activities. - Own the entire post-purchase customer journey, define ways to better engage customers and convert them into subscribers. - Partner with marketing, tech, operations, customer experience teams to build retention capabilities (e.g. UI/UX, marketing/communications, payments, customer support etc). - Manage the operational aspects of retention, including day-to-day troubleshooting and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities : - Develop customer retention strategies for Nua. - Lead and execute the retention marketing plan. - Develop and initiate growth and retention campaign briefs and experiments, with clearly defined metrics. - Develop retention marketing strategies, including behavioural targeting, SMS/Email/Social Media retargeting - Develop and launch qualitative and quantitative A/B and multivariate tests and continuously apply the learnings. Must Haves : - You have 3+ years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis. - You have strong program management skills. - You are ex-consultant (preferably Tier-I (MBBB & ATK) or from the Big 4 consulting firms. Preferred: - You have an MBA or work experience in marketing, preferably loyalty and retention. - You have outstanding attention to detail. - You have experience with e-commerce or FMCG
