Manager- Human Resource Operations About the Role : - As a HR Operations Manager, you will own the end-to-end HR process, including recruiting, on/offboarding, performance management, payroll and administration activities. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify and hire for key business roles across the organization; collaborate with external systems / partners (e.g., LinkedIn, AngelList, recruiting agencies); and successfully grow the organization. - The ideal candidate for this role will come with end-to-end HR experience, with strong talent acquisition skills and the ability to operate independently, with minimal supervision. They should the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick decision-making and be able to create the right structures and processes. Key Responsibilities : - Recruiting: Identify the business requirements and actively source the right talent. Manage the entire interview process, including screening, interview scheduling, shortlisting, offer negotiation and finalization. - On/Offboarding: Manage the onboarding process, including induction, payroll onboarding and basic training. Manage the exit process, where applicable. - Policy and Process: Develop and manage company HR policies and processes. Implement new policies as needed. - Own internal HR systems like HRMS tools and databases. - Payroll: Coordinate with assigned chartered accountants to manage the payroll process, including monthly salary payments - Manage the employee performance management policy and process. - Conduct continuous benchmarking for HR compensation and benefits, employee relations and compliance with HR laws. - Be comfortable with hands-on, day-to-day operations, implementing quick and effective action plans to meet short term priorities. Basic qualifications : - Degree in any field, with MBA from a Tier-1/2 institute preferably - 3+ years in end-to-end recruiting / talent acquisition - 5-6 years of broad HR knowledge, preferably with a start-up What we look for: - Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced ambiguous environment, with tight deadlines and multiple competing priorities - Outstanding attention to detail - Proven experience in structured analysis and decision-making - Excellent written and oral communication skills
