Job Description :
- The Client Success Operations and Enablement Senior Manager (Service Divisions) ensures that the Client Success Management strategy is achieved across multiple regions. They achieve this through engaging the NTT Service Divisions, building relationships and working closely with each Service Division to enable their respective services and offers into the client success community.
- They will additionally be responsible for the continuous feedback loop from the Client Success Operations and Enablement Senior Manager (Regional) to ensure the client & CSM community service and offer feedback is communicated and relayed back to the relevant service division.
- Accountable for driving the relationship with the NTT Service Divisions ultimately enabling the regions to position the NTT service portfolio.
- Drive In-contract growth by up-sell / cross-sell of NTT Ltd services within the Client Success managed account base o Adoption of NTT services and offers ensuring client value
- Manage On-time renewals (with minimal client or price churn) within the Client Success managed account base & wider seller community
- Provides strategic subject matter leadership and guidance to the regional Client Success Senior Leadership and teams in delivering NTT Ltd strategic Client Success Management objectives
- Provide leadership and support to regional Client Success Leadership and teams
- Involved in mentoring and coaching to improve the knowledge of NTT services & offers to the team of Client Success Management professionals
- Provide best practice advice where required on the development of client contract strategies which are aligned to the overall Client Success strategy and objectives
- Provide best practice advice where required to regional client-facing Client Success Management professionals to ensure consistent and effective client engagements relating to the NTT services portfolio
- Seek feedback from regions on their client experiences regarding the NTT services portfolio to continuously improve the services through Client Success Management capability
- Contribute to the development of Group Client Success Management strategy and drive resulting delivery programmes (through Group and service division resources)
- Ensure alignment to the Client Success Management operating model and strategy across the service divisions striving for cross-service division consistency
