- Our client is a leading global provider of asset and wealth management solutions. They provide investment processing, investment management, and investment operations solutions that help corporations, financial institutions, financial advisors, and ultra-high-net-worth families create and manage wealth.

- This team is currently seeking - Senior Manager- to join our team at Gurgaon

Role Description : 

- Responsible for managing portfolio accounting, fund accounting deliverables through a team of analysts, senior anlaysts and SME's. Understand the client's requirements and business direction and be an enabler in meeting those expectations

- Should have an excellent domain knowledge to give direction to the team to deliver and partner with the clients in identifying opportunities to grow the account

- Responsible to have a thorough insight of the client's business and identify avenues to bring efficiency and optimization in current management of operations and overall client satisfaction through quick turn around and accuracy

Skills & Competencies Required : 

General : 

- Strong accounting / financial services/ capital market work experience or equivalent knowledge.

- Demonstrate/Exhibit through examples/evidence of strong operations knowledge including secondary review & control risk & mitigation.

- Minimum 8 + years of overall experience which includes at least 24 months in people manager role.

- Should have prior experience in leading multiple projects.

- Monitor team goals as measured against the Section KPIs, identify process failures and improve quality percentage.

- Improve on past performance through system development and continuous training.

- Advanced proficiency of MS Office specifically in Excel and PowerPoint.

- Proven ability to define and drive effective escalation mechanism in current role.
