Job description - DGM/GM/Cluster Head

Reporting Manager - The CEO

DGM or Cluster Head or Cluster Manager will be the Operations and Administrative Head of 30-40 branches. He / She will have a team of Divisional Managers (DMs) who will have a Technical Staff team at the divisional / regional office (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Infrastructure and other assets and services). This role is expected to supervise the branches operationally and make sure Infrastructure and Services are provided and managed on a timely basis.

Have involved in purchase, procurement and Civil aspects. Electrical, Electronics, Furniture, Transport, IT/Hardware, Facility Management, Safety/Security and Hygiene, Civil and Infrastructure, EHS, Materials and other assets

Scrap and Asset Management (including Quarterly Fixed asset management)

Administrative Operations, Assessment & Training

Required Skillset:

1. 15+ years of work experience in Administration, Procurement, New Branch Establishment, Infrastructure projects execution(Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing projects)

2. Understanding of the various requirements of the Schools / Colleges / Hostels / Coaching Centers (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Furniture, Uniforms, Sanitary & Hygiene Materials, Security, Health & Safety, etc.)

2. Vendor Management and Negotiation

3. Relevant Industry / Market experience and Vendor Network

4. Commercial knowledge (including IMPEX) required along with commercial negotiations.

5. Indepth understanding of Service Contract T&C

6. Good knowledge on various analytical tools, CRM & ERP systems.

7. Ability to remotely Manage a team size of at least 10 spread across India.

8. Good in Analytics, data mining for deriving logical conclusion.

9. Good in record maintenance, preparation of dashboards.
