NRI Consulting & Solutions - Consultant - Industrial & Infrastructure Consulting - IIM/ISB/NITIE (2-4 yrs)
Education Requirement - MBA from top tier colleges. - IIMs, ISB, NITIE
Certifications (preferred, not mandatory) - PMP, APICS, CSCP, 6-Sigma etc.
Experience: An ideal candidate should have deep conceptual knowledge about operations and problem solving ability, and willingness to travel and work on client sites.
Sector experience: Industrial manufacturing (capital goods, FMCG, etc.), OR Infrastructure (exp. of working in sub-sectors such as Oil & Gas, Power/Utilities, Railways, Ports, Roads, Smart Cities etc).
Key Functional Requirements:
- Any one or more of the following: Operations (Diagnostic, Analytics, Improvement), Supply Chain and Logistics, Industry 4.0, Project Management of large scale EPC projects, Business Process Improvement, Manufacturing etc.
- Understanding of financial statements, and metric creation
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and PPT, and other business analytics tools.
- Clear and structured problem solving approach
Key responsibility areas:
- Project delivery ownership - Leading/supporting project(s) to achieve client objective, and manage client communication
- Hypothesis driven structured thought process of problem solving
- Open to work on project across geographies, including extensive travel to client locations
- Support in Sales activities, including proposal preparation, initial diagnostic study etc.
- Support in writing thought leadership articles and POV with respect to leading/emerging industry and functional practices
